RTs303Galvanized Steel Rust-Remover

1. Introduction
       RTs303 exhibits very strong melting and removing action for the rusted sever of the galvanized steel. On the one hand, RTs303 can protect the galvanized layer of the rusted materials from damage during cleaning; on the other hand, RTs303 can prevent the treated parts and fittings from easily rust again.

RTs303 show very strong abilities in osmosis, dissolving, removing effect on the rusted sever of
    the galvanized steel.
RTs303 is not corrosive to the galvanized surfaces of the galvanized steel during cleaning
    because it is a neutral and mild antirust agent.
The cleaned materials is capable of antirust and anticorrosion in a certain period of time
    (depending on the materials washed, cleaning procedure, storage condition). 
No  environment pollution because RTs303 contains no ODS
    (ozonosphere damaging substance).

4. Operation Instruction
     Making 70-100% antirust solution (specific gravity 1.03-1.07 g/ml）by adding pure water
          then heating up to 65-85℃.
     Merging the rubber or steel (wrapped by rubber ) baskets fulfilling with rusted parts in the
         concentrated antirust slot solution.
     Shaking by the ultrasonic wave for minutes.
     Washing with pure water.
     Drying.
Notes:
In order to certify that a few of fingerprint-resistant membrane on the surfaces of the galvanized
    steel will not be taken off the steel during the antirust procedures, fingerprint-resistant
    test must be finished before moving forward to normal antirust procedures.
Never using carbon steel or stainless steel baskets to work with Rts303.

5. Disposal of Waste Water

The waste RTs303 solution must be managed according to the national and local standardizations
of waste treatment.
